1. Return Policy
Please contact ANNE KARINE THORBJØRNSEN before returning any products. We can be contacted through email at firstname.lastname@example.org
1.1 Return of non-faulty items /
1.1.1 We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if for some reason this is not the case, you have the right to a full refund as long as you cancel the product(s) in writing within 14 days of receiving it/them.
1.1.2 Please make sure to return the products with all its original packaging including dust-bags to make sure it reaches us in the same condition as it left us.
1.1.3 We will refund the purchase price as well as original shipping cost within 30 days from when you gave written notice to us about the cancellation.
1.1.4 Please note that you have no right to return any products that have been specially altered or made especially for you, except if they are faulty or incorrectly described.
1.2 Returning of faulty items /
1.2.1 If an item is faulty or does not meet the description given on the website at the time when you placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will refund you the full purchase price, original shipping costs and any reasonable cost you incur returning it to us.
1.2.2 If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. ANNE KARINE THORBJØRNSEN is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
1.3 Product care /
Please make sure you take good care of items and are returning them in the condition they were sold to you - this means that any returned items must not have been worn, altered, damaged and that all labels must be intact. If you fail to take reasonably care of unwanted products, we will be entitled to take charge against you for any losses which we suffer.
1.4 Transport Damage /
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
1.5 Unclaimed Packages /
For packages that are not cashed at your post office within seven days, ANNE KARINE THORBJØRNSEN reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
